OCTC has dedicated and talented Information Technology staff on site to help faculty and staff with any and all technical assistance. OCTC has an IT Director, Jim Hartz, IT Project Manager, Craig Miller, IT Coordinator William Woitke, IT Helpdesk, Michelle Chappell, and two IT Support Specialists, Mark Stiff and Brandon Norris.
To the upper right are links for technical assistance for general computer problems or questions, email, web, Internet, and general software assistance.
E-Lessons will be available on various topics. Look for this blue box on each page and select the E-Lesson you would like to view.
Also to the right is the latest IT news around the campus such as lab updates, new software, or special announcements. You will also find a search on the right side where you can search the IT Team's website and find exactly what you are looking for.
